This company has some really great employees!  Mike Saul, the service manager came out, assessed the issues with my pool, fixed what he could and gave recommendations going forward.This company is overall very responsive.  I put in a request with Thumbtack and within an hour had a response from Poolie.  This is after contacting at least 10 other pool repair companies.   Of that 10, only 1 responded to emails or voicemail only to say they were too busy.On the next day scheduled appointment with Poolie, Mike, the service manager, called to let me know he'd be several hours early.  I repeat "early"! Great job, thank you so much Poolie.
